Short biography of Prison Garde: For two decades Vaughn Robert Squire has redefined the scenes and sounds of Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Halifax, operating sometimes as Producer/DJ, Promoter, Radio Programmer, Label Boss and mentor to dozens of acclaimed artists.  Operating with a furious dedication and integrity to his craft, he has created a diverse discography of NinjaTune-backed avante-hiphop and krautrock, to “record-of-the-year” status releases in the Turbo Crunk / Mystical Janky genres.  He is currently storming partys with an all-analog warehouse techno/house live p.a. that needs to be heard (and felt) to be believed. His upcoming projects include releases for 100% Silk and A/S/L singles club.  Trailblazer, heat-maker, vanguard, Prison Garde.  - Ango.
